1 Plus 2 Equals 3: A Poker Player’s Value is Determined by Their Bottom Line
February 16th, 2010 by Mason

A number of poker tactics will amaze you with their simplicity. This is sample. Note your conclusions, every time you play.

Cathedral of Texas Holdem Verse #4:

Thou have to record your successes and thy squanders; for it is the sum total of all a mans achievements which create his/her bottom line.

How detailed is your decision. I tend to consider that hourly info and that type of intimate information is wasted. Simply work out how far ahead you are and how much (if any) you’ve taken out. Naturally, if you are beaten, record that too, despite how much it it might pain you.

Don’t overlook to note what style of poker you are wagering on, if that is important to you. (In my expertise, most gamblers stick to what they understand and don’t try something they do not know. If all you note is winnings, loses and withdrawals, you are light years ahead of most gamblers out there!)

Give yourself realistic ambitions, like a ‘dream’ target (new car, get-a-way or whatever). When you take out, mark the $$$$$ taken out to your dream tally. The more successful you are, the closer that dream will get!
